The Frazier(1107 S Hobart Blvd)

stayed her over the last summer for a month or so. Pretty positive experience. Great location and amazing price. Manager was pretty attentive with any issues and helped me quickly move in/out.

I have lived at the Frasier for 4 years and in that time I have always received prompt and friendly service. Any maintenance requests have been taken care of asap and when I had an emergency. Request for visitor parking permits and other small but important requests that make difference are always done with a smile quickly.

I moved into my apartment just a little under a month ago and I love it here. Location is amazing, neighbors are nice/respectful, and great amenities! Marilyn was a HUGE help during my move in process and even now after moving in! The team is very attentive with answering any questions I have and I am very grateful for their continuous help. :)

It's been a pleasure staying at the Frasier this past year. Staff is super friendly and always on top of things. This particular review is for James and Kalvin with our maintenance team! They are always so helpful with any and everything. Just this past week he even helped move a few of the heavy things out of our apartment to our truck! Thanks James, Kalvin, & the rest of the team for the never ending hospitality.
