Units are clean and up to date- the manager Ubaldo does a fantastic job ensuring building cleanliness, functional elevators, and any other maintenance needs are taken care of as quickly as possible. Best building manager Ive been able to interact with and a cool dude to chat with!

Honestly, the property manager Ubaldo Flores has made living here STRESS FREE. He stays on top of repairs and makes sure to send out notifications if anything is going on around the complex. Ubaldo is super friendly and works with his tenants the best he can!! Living here has been my best apartment experience in Los Angeles. The apartments are relatively spacious and not too outdated. They have exercise room, pool, sauna, and hot tub! Everything is walking distance.

I absolutely love living in this apartment! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the quality, comfort, and thoughtful details. And the manager is very nice!
