I can happily say that Francis has changed my frown upside down after a bad manager here at the Harper. The building aesthetics, feel, and mood has been uplifted thanks to her and the amazing staff’s dedication to this building and community. Whenever you have an issue, she quickly tries to resolve it without fail. 5 stars to the maintenance and security teams. And 5 stars to Francis! A few nice perks of this apartment is the gym, common area, location, and staff. Best gym at an apartment I’ve ever seen.

The building is maintained nicely, and issues get fixed quickly. The on-site manager is very attentive, respectful and responsive. I've caught her leaving work a few times and she has been gracious enough to stay late to tend to my concerns. She is extremely proactive when things in the common areas need to be fixed. She's gone above and beyond to upgrade the lobby and rooftop deck. It looks a million times better since she's been the manager. Having someone who you can trust and rely on when things go wrong is rare when you live in big complexes, but we are lucky to have someone who is so communicative and proactive when issues arise.

I'm was one of the first residence at the Harper and have seen parade of incompetent building managers, but ever since Frances, the current building manager, became the steward of the building, I have nothing but positives things to say about the building. Frances' management approach is proactive, rather than reactive, and as a result everything from the common areas to the minutia of apartment living is seamlessly wonderful. Frances has been a personal savior to me on more than one occasion. During the long writer's strike last year, she went above and beyond making me resources that could help lighten the financial load. And more than that, after I was involved in a sudden car accident in which I was rushed to the hospital where I would stay for a month. She made aure that my dog was taken care of and that I came home to a nice, clean apartment. Not only that, but she's made sure that help was available to me when I came home given that I would be physically impaired for some time. Frances is not only a stellar building manager, but a stellar person. Used to be, I would never recommend moving into this building. Now I encourage anyone from student to families to move in and join our wonderful Harper family.

We have a new manager at this building; her name is Frances. She is absolutely the BEST and quite frankly a major part of the reason I renewed my lease for another year. She actually cares about the residents, listens to our concerns and keeps her word; when she says she's going to handle something. Frances... is... Awesome.
