Very nice, clean and well maintained apartment building with nice units. The neighborhood is also very safe and quiet. The property manager, Mars is a very friendly and responsive person.

Great place to live! Apartment manager Mars is amazing.

I like to live here, new building, the unit was clean during move in, the good value for the price from my point of view. Update 2: Management has issues with responsibility, you need to remind them to do their job, it disappoints. Update 3: I was woken up on Saturday at 7 am by a beeping fire alarm "low battery", I can't sleep while it is beeping. On the previous day they were checking fire alarms in our building... Why didn't they change the batteries? I don't have an answer for this. They substituted a fire alarm system.
