I lived here from 2019-2022, single room. So far this one is the only place that I enjoyed living there. Room is furnished, decoration/room color is nice. Maintenance (through UW?) is really fast, they have 24/7 RAs who helped me with midnight emergency. It was really quiet, didn't run into people much. The only downside was going another building to get packages.

The best apartment style drom room I ever lived in.

Great apartments. Single room is awesome. Only drawback is taking the trash out to the front of the building. No trash chute. Also have to go to another building to get mail, but that's only a slight inconvenience. Lots of activities to get to know other residents. Best place to live in campus.

Not exactly cheap, but more sq footage for your buck than you're gonna get almost anywhere else in the District. Especially since they don't charge for utilities. Furniture & appliances are low-grade, but they'll fix anything that breaks. And you can't argue w/ the campus proximity.
