The Alice (623 N Normandie Ave)

A centrally located apartment complex. The building has issues which come with its age. Lourdes is therefore kept very busy with aspects of repairs. She is very timely about this. Lourdes is very pleasant and will go beyond the call of duty to help. Her charming, encouraging and reassuring personality has contributed to us feeling comfortable living here.

This apartment building is centrally located in Koreatown. Grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation is all within walking distance. Finding parking is the only hassle. It's an older building but the space and price is great.The property manager Lourdes Hernandez is awesome. She is very supportive and responds to and takes care of all my requests and concerns within a timely manner. The maintenance staff - Jose, works very diligently and puts a lot of care and effort into any maintenance that had to be done in my apartment. He ensures that the job is well done. Overall, a great spot to call home!

It has beng issues in the apt but Lourdes is aways helping and teaching us how to use the New system. José is a good maintenance guy.

Beautiful building well maintain but I would like few things to be fixed like the parking gate and front door, Lourdes is a good manager.
